The guest bedroom is furnished with a full\-size bed, and a convenient hall bathroom offers a tub/shower combination\. For your comfort and convenience, the unit is equipped with central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture and mattresses throughout\. Entertainment is readily available with two smart TVs that include cable access\. Although it is a second\-floor unit, all living space is situated on one floor, and the building provides an elevator for easy access\. The Grande at Canal Pointe community offers an impressive array of amenities designed for an active and enjoyable lifestyle\. Residents have access to two swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fully equipped fitness center, a playground, and scenic walking paths\. Its prime location allows for a pleasant 20\-minute walk to Rehoboth Beach, local shops, and the boardwalk, or a quick 5\-minute drive\.  Guests pay a $110 cleaning fee for all stays\. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.  This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date\.  If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.
