The main living level is spacious and comfortable with a large dining area and living room with a TV \(this is the only TV in the house that has a cable connection\)and a wet bar\. The kitchen shares space with a second, less formal eating area and a comfortable den with a large screen TV \(with no cable connection\)\. At the back of the house, overlooking a picturesque pond is an open deck and a screened porch\. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor\. There is a master suite with a king size bed and bathroom with a free standing shower and a garden tub\. The second bedroom has a king size bed, also with an en\-suite bath\. The other two bedrooms share a large hall bath; one offers a king sized bed and the other offers 2 twins with trundle beds under each\. There is a smart TV in every Bedroom but no cable connection\. The community has a beautiful clubhouse with a game room and lounge overlooking White's Creek\. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool\. There are restaurants and grocery shopping within a half mile and the beach is only a five minute drive\. Sleeping 10, this home offers everything you could need for a comfortable yet luxurious family vacation\! No Pets\. For use of community amenities: $225 one time fee Guest pays a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\.
