A large, ocean block single family home with ocean views off of the deck\. A historic home with a traditional Rehoboth Beach style, guests can't get any closer to the beach with a beach crossing right across the street\. On the first floor, guests will find one bedroom off of the kitchen, as well as a very spacious living and dining area, giving ample space for everyone to spread out after a day at the beach\. The second floor includes four additional bedrooms\. There is off\-street parking for four cars in the driveway; Garage is for storage only\. This is a non smoking home, and pets are not permitted\.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals\. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals\. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $306\.25\.
