By local zoning ordinance, our maximum window for renting to a guest is 28 days each\.

There are active security cameras at the front door \(doorbell cam\) and in the garage in the northwest corner near the hot water heater\.

Due to the extreme heat that sometimes occurs in the desert, the thermostat cannot be set any cooler or warmer than 72 degrees\.
