The road to the house is a dirt road that is plowed by the local municipality if it snows\. It is a lovely road to walk or run \(2 miles roundtrip\) and we have a path through the forest that's great for a gentle walk\. You can walk, or cross\-country ski through different towns on the Catskills Scenic Trail\. Snow is possible October through April\. If you are unfamiliar with driving in snow research tips online\. We want your stay to be safe, comfortable, and smooth\.
