Additional Notes: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest\. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness\. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third\-party system prior to arrival\. The available options depend on the length of your stay: \-For 1\-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit\. This is a pre\-authorized hold \(not a charge\) that is released following a damage\-free inspection after checkout\. \-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non\-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night \(capped at a maximum of $100\)\. This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear\. Please be reminded that check\-out time is 10AM\. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check\-out\. Late check\-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations\. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check\-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self\-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay\. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap\. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two \(2\) loads\. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge\. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not\. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use\. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking\.
