## Description
Located 2nd row in Palmetto Dunes this three bedroom home plus a loft is decorated in a fun whimsical style on multi levels\. Seven steps from the front entry lead to the first level den, a perfect little space for the kids or a quiet getaway\. Also on this level are two bedrooms\. Each bedroom has a king bed and tv\. One bedroom has a private bath with shower/tub combo the other will share the hall bathroom with a standing shower\. A spiral staircase from the den leads to the loft room that has a queen, 4 twin beds, 2 with trundles, for a total of 6 twins\. Perfectly suited for kids this large area will sleep up to eight\. This room will use the hall bath off the den\.

There is a large great room on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining, and living area\. The living area has a sofa, loveseat and two cozy reading chairs\. This room will get lots of sunlight from the windows surrounding this level\. Off the living room are sliding doors leading to a large screen porch with outdoor seating and dining, overlooking the pool\. This is sure to be the most popular place in the house\.  The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room, making this great room the perfect place for the whole family\.  The master bedroom is off the living room and features a king bed, TV and private bath with large walk in shower\. 

Pool is a large lagoon shape and gets lots of sun\.  From the pool is a path that takes you directly to the main beach path\. This amazing  Hilton Head home is only 150 steps to the beach and a great choice for your next family gathering\.
