## Description
HILTON HEAD ISLAND\. This wonderful Palmetto Dunes home features great lagoon views with a dock and a large outdoor pool area for everyone to enjoy\! Upon entry you will find a fully enclosed den that can act as a bedroom if needed\. It has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV,  and access door to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo\. Down the hall is the large living area with a sleeper sofa, love seat, chair with an ottoman, large flat screen TV,  and a decorative fireplace\. An additional love seat and table for 4 that overlook the pool provide more seating\. The open kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, 5 barstools and leads into the dining room that seats 8\. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with an additional sink, mini refrigerator, wine cooler, ice maker and full size washer and dryer\. 15 steps to the second level you will find 4 bedrooms\. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony overlooking the lagoon and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom\. The second bedroom has 2 twins and a TV\. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom\. The fourth bedroom is the master suite with a king bed, TV, private balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and large shower\. The fifth bedroom located in the den \(has doors to give privacy\) has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, door to hallways bathroom with tub/shower combo\.

\*\*Spa heat available for additional fee\. Spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service\.
