## Description
This condo has been beautifully updated throughout with a coastal feel and modern amenities\.    

As you enter, the Kitchen is on your left and features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully\-equipped to meet your culinary needs\.  Beyond the open Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for six\.  The Kitchen bar has additional seating for two\.  In the Living Room there is a mounted Flat Screen TV along with a large slider which opens up to your private balcony and views of the Atlantic Ocean\.  

The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, mounted Flat Screen TV and private en\-suite Primary Bathroom\.  The Primary Bathroom has a granite double vanity and nicely updated custom tile walk\-in shower\.  The Guest Bedroom has two twins and a Flat Screen TV\.  The Guest Bathroom is updated as well with its granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination\.  

Outside on your private balcony there is ample space for dining while you look out over the Barrington Arms Community grounds and the fantastic Atlantic Ocean\!
