This open concept home located right across from Rio Del Mar is perfect for a family getaway or a small friend group\. The main living space is located on the second floor including the large living room, dining area and kitchen\. Entry level has one full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed\.  The third floor offers two loft style bedrooms, one having two twins with an accordion wall for privacy and the master with a private bath, there is a terrace view from the master overlooking the living space which can be closed with accordion blinds\. Television does not offer cable, streaming only\.
