The attached deck has great mountain views and overlooks the Village shopping plaza\.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up a mountain meal to keep the troops fed before you hit the slopes or the trails, with a dining table with room for four\. The condo also boasts a master suite complete with comfortable queen bed and private attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo\. The guest bedroom is situated with two double beds and a TV\. Both rooms offer cozy mattresses and hotel quality linens\.You’ll also love the assigned parking for one vehicle, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, guest laundry room and community hot tub\. Also, the condo comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel\-like toiletries\. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival\.All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent \(this is a 3\-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally\)\. Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels\. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances\. Firewood is not provided\.STR \#029390Minimum age of 25 required to rent this property\.The Town and Community quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM\.
