GREAT RATES ON THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS LEFT IN THE SEASON\!  AFFORDABLE REHOBOTH BEACH VACATION\! You'll find CHARM AND COMFORT to spare in this lovely home located on the corner of Munson and State Road in Country Club Estates in South Rehoboth\. Wonderfully and lovingly updated and appointed, this 3 BR home comfortably accommodates a family of six to eight, with a spacious, enclosed porch, WiFi, 5 TVs and Gas BBQ grill\.  Two off\-street parking spaces and 1 RB permit\. Just park your car for the week and walk or bike to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants or shops of Rehoboth\.  Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. 
NO pets or smoking please\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.
