Great family home just 2 blocks to the beach access, and a short walk to town with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jetted tub, living and family room\.  Nice kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils, dishes provided, plus a nice dining area adjacent to the kitchen\.  Large flat screen TV with cable in living room\.   One bedroom is downstairs with a full size bed\.  There is also one full bath downstairs between the kitchen and the additional family/game room\.  Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom which has a Queen bed, flat screen mounted TV, plus door to the upper level deck, great for sunning\!  Also upstairs you'll find another Queen bedroom, plus 4th bedroom which has a Full size bed and one Twin bed\.  Sleeps maximum of 8 people, \(9 if one person is age 3 or younger\)\.    No smoking, parking for 3 cars parked all in the driveway\. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY\.  NO PETS
