403 Bayard Avenue is a spacious, five bedroom, two and a half bathroom home walkable to downtown Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk\. Sip your morning coffee on the screened porch or under the pergola in the backyard\.  The backyard is also home to an organic vegetable and herb garden, which you are welcome to\! The house is nicely furnished and modern with all the amenities you could want for a family vacation including Wifi and 3 TV's\. This property has three parking spaces in the driveway and 1 RB Permit Provided\. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for every stay\. Need more space? Added Bonus: there is a 220v NEMA 14\-50 outlet \(electric range\-type outlet\) on the outside of the house adjacent to the driveway for electric vehicle charging\. If not rented, owner may use\. No smoking or pets\.We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.
