Beautifully decorated with beach & coastal new furnishings and art, this 1604 square foot condo, plus large 235 square foot balcony – unit boasts 10 foot ceilings, large open concept kitchen, living room \(70’ TV\), and dining room\. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in each bedroom and 2 twin beds in the den, 2 full bathrooms \+ 1 half bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy\. Balcony includes 2 Muskoka chairs for watching the sunset, plus 4 seat high\-top entertainment table\. Gourmet Kitchen features Granite counter tops, 3 seat bar, fully equipped with stainless steel Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher with additional cooking Ninja Pro Smokeless Foodie with BBQ Grill and Air Fryer and Ninja Blender\. Dining table seats 6 comfortably\. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed\.
