If the weather is on the chiller side, light the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth of the fire\. Head to the loft living space to enjoy movie nights or binge\-watch your favorite shows\. Each guest can enjoy their privacy since our condo has a bathroom for each bedroom\. The park is charming and well\-maintained, with three ponds, a playground, and a pavilion\. If you'd like to visit Cherry Creek Reservoir, the vehicle entrance is about a 2\-minute drive\. If you'd rather walk, a nearby entrance is at the Quincy and Parker Rd intersection\. Drive South on Parker Rd, and you'll be at Costco, Trader Joe's, and King Soopers in 10\-15 minutes\. A bus stop is nearby, and the 9 Mile station park\-n\-ride light rail station is only about a 2\-3 min drive \(accessible by bus\)\.
