Madeira Norte \#409 \- Beginning May 4, 2026, the pool will be shut down for approximately a month while the pool is being resurfaced\. Call today to inquire about potential discounts on affected nights\.

Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths\. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bath, and access to the balcony\. Guest bedroom has one queen bed and a Smart TV \(no cable\)\. Open spacious dining and living area opens to the beach front balcony\. Washer and dryer in unit\.  7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required\. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking\.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes\. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person\. This is a non smoking home\.
