Located in West Newport on 41st St just a few blocks away from West Newport Park\. This home has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close to the ocean as you can get, Perfect for the family looking to enjoy a quiet vacation\.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach \(45\-minute bike\-ride one direction\) along the oceanfront boardwalk\. However, with more than 30\+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand\-Up\-Paddle\-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far\!
