The condo is furnished with comfortable seating in the living space and decorated with coastal décor\. Bamboo flooring throughout\. Includes a well\-stocked kitchen with updated appliances\. Enjoy the easy access to the Summerhouse complex pool and beach boardwalk\. 

Large master suite with new King bed mattress and access to the ocean front covered deck\. Second Ocean Front suite with 2 queen beds and en suite full bath\. Large kids room with two twin beds and en suite full bath\. TV cable service in all bedrooms and new large smart TV in Living room\. 

All new reservations \(3\-21 nights\) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life\! 

Free Wifi is provided\. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement\. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service
