NOTE: The home for rent is the garden level of an over/under duplex and the upper level is rented separately\. Both spaces have completely separate entrances and private patios both front and back\. 
 
NOTE: If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and that your dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the residence since the yard is shared with the upper level\.
