This well appointed, single level, family home is perfect for your vacation get away\. The city park is just a half block away for the kiddos and for the big kids the Seaside golf course is  just a block away\.  The yard is a gardeners dream, the owners take great pride in providing their guests with a beautiful yard to relax in\. Complete with a gas grill and a fire pit, spend your evenings grilling and sitting around the fire enjoying the flowers and gardens\.  Just 4 blocks from the Promenade, its an easy 4 minute walk to the beach\.  
Inside you have the best of everything\.  The kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip style coffee pot, Waffle iron\.  Pots, pans and bakeware to make gourmet meals and a blender for your favorite fruity cocktails\.  
A comfortable spacious living room with a large flat screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player and TV in the master bedroom\.   The bathroom has a Tub shower combo to soak in after a long day at the beach or nearby golf course, or to just relax and read a book\.  The owners even provide beach chairs and toys for your days at the beach\.  
MUST BE 25 TO RENT,  NO PETS, NO SMOKING,  NO PARTIES\. \(FIREPLACE IS NOT PERMITTED FOR USE BY THE CITY\)
