## Description
Get ready for the perfect beach getaway\! Spacious beautiful home located in the highly sought\-after Cape Shores community and close to the beach\. With an inverted floor plan, the upper living area has an open floor plan and and wrap\-around deck to take in some fantastic water views\. 

The main entry level features three bedrooms\. One with a Sleep Number Queen bed and a full bathroom\. The other two bedrooms \(one with a Sleep Number Queen bed and the other with a set of twins\) share a hall bathroom\. This floor also has a family room with a flat screened TV perfect for catching a movie\. 

The primary bedroom with a Sleep Number King bed and a full private bathroom is located on the upper level\. This level also has the great room with a well\-appointed kitchen and  living, dining \-perfect for gathering for a meal or playing board games\. There is a convenient half bath on this floor\. 

Cape Shores offer a community pool, tennis courts and a fishing pier for guest use\. Take a bike ride into the Cape Henlopen State Park or into downtown Lewes\.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO\.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period\. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period\. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO\. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO\. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company\. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed\. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking\.
