## Description
As soon as you enter this 5th floor Hilton Head oceanfront villa you'll be greeted by sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean\. The entire villa has been updated with new wood flooring\. 

The Kitchen is to the left as you enter and comes fully\-equipped to meet the needs of your family or group\.  Beyond the Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for six\.  The Living Room features all new furniture, a flat screen TV and slider access to your private oceanfront balcony\.  The Primary Bedroom consists of a King bed, flat screen TV and en\-suite Primary Bathroom\.  The en\-suite Primary Bath has a tiled tub and shower combination\.  The Second Bedroom consists of one Double Bed as well as a Day Bed, flat screen TV and its own en\-suite bathroom\.  The bathroom also features a tiled tub and shower combination\.  

On the Private Oceanfront Balcony there is a table and chairs with seating for five guests\.  This straight\-ahead view of the Atlantic Ocean is one of the very few on the island and is highly sought after\.  Captain's Walk is located across the street from several amenities such as the George Fazio golf course and within easy walking distance to the General Store, Outfitters Bike and Kayak shop, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center\.
