You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows\. For the duration of the project, the courtyard \(east side\) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access\. This condo is located in the middle of the west side of the tower\.
