435 Shorewood is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath 4th floor villa offering spectacular direct oceanfront views and a large private balcony\!  With the length of the balcony encompassing the entire length of the property, it boasts some of the most amazing views from one of the largest outdoor deck areas on Hilton Head Island\. Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with your morning coffee and watching the amazing sunrise\.  

The kitchen is equipped with with all the necessities, beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining area that seats six\.  The living room is light and bright and comfortably furnished which features a large TV and sleeper sofa\.  The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, en\-suite bath and balcony access\.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and en\-suite bath\.  The third bedroom has two twins and shares the hall bathroom\.
