Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,800 Square foot single level home was built in 2017 is located in the Animas Valley just 12 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort to the north\. 

The new home features numerous amenities including central AC, TV with cable and gas fireplace in the Main Living Space along with a well\-appointed kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room\.  Standard amenities such as fast reliable WIFI, Washer/Dryer and outdoor seating are also included\.  There is a hiking trail right across CR 203\.

The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and the Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550, a mile from the house\.
