This condo is only available for 30\+ nights rental\.   This waterfront Tahoe Keys condo features great views of the marina and surrounding mountains\.  A few of the great amenities include a wood burning fireplace and two decks\. Two new 48 inch LCD TV's are available for your enjoyment\.  A private boat dock provides easy access to the lake\.  Located within walking distance from the beach and a short drive from skiing and the casinos\. Complimentary WI\-FI is available\!   This condo is only avaiilable for 30 \+ night rentals\.

 

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood\.   Neighbors are sensitive to noise\.  Excessive noise or over\-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines\. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction\.
