Great home that offers the living space and kitchen with a bedroom and bathroom all on the first floor\. Ideal floor plan for someone who cannot go upstairs, there is an additional master bedroom and bath upstairs with ocean view deck\. Beach access is just two short blocks away and down a staircase, you can also drive down to the public parking to avoid stairs\. Located in the Sunset beach community just 4 miles past the Manresa state beach\. Sunset Beach is located 8 miles south of Rio Del Mar and 16 miles south of Santa Cruz\. Great secluded location but still only 10 minutes away from all conveniences\. This homes has been totally remodeled with an all new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, 2 full remodeled bathrooms, all new windows and french doors in the bedrooms\. The house also has hardwood floors throughout and parking for 3 cars \(no use of the garage\)\.
