Super comfy and completely renovated, this 3 Bed/2 Bath home is a delight\!  In quiet north Seaside, you'll be just a short block to the beach to view the fabulous sunsets\.  Living room has large flat screen TV\.  Dining area with sliding doors to the patio with covered seating for indoor/outdoor dining\.  Beautiful back yard with gas fire\-pit, lounge chairs and picnic table\.  Master bedroom has a King, Bunk Room has Twin on top, Full on Bottom, and 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed\.  Queen bedroom has bathroom access from room as well as hallway access\.  The Bunk room and Master Bedroom have private access within rooms to the Master bathroom\.  The dining room seats 6 and there are place settings and cutlery for 8  Parking for 3 vehicles, one inside the garage and 2 vehicles on the parking pad\.  No parking allowed on the public street \(City's rules\)\.   NO PETS or SMOKING
