This charming pet\-friendly 3\-bedroom retreat offers a cozy getaway for up to 8 guests and easy access to downtown Fraser's breweries, restaurants and great year round outdoor activities\. 
A single level condo featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and gorgeous mountain views from the south facing windows\. Step onto the private patio for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets\!
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV with en\-suite bathroom\.  A second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom\.  The third bedroom offers a Queen and adjacent alcove with a bunk bed for an extra sleeping space\.  Access for the third bathroom in the main hallway with washer and dryer\.
Guests enjoy complimentary amenities such as free Wi\-Fi, a covered garage for 1 vehicle and outdoor parking for two on the driveway\. No air conditioning\.
A pass to Club Meadow Ridge is included for up to 8 guests at one time only\. Access to Club Meadow Ridge which is a short walk from the condo offers an outdoor heated pool, oversized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access\. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy\.  If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent\.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED\. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke 15 feet to entries\. These rules are strictly enforced\. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke inside the unit\.
