With 5 elegant bedrooms—each with a king\-size bed—and 3\.5 bathrooms, this beautifully preserved home boasts seven fireplaces and timeless architectural details\. Perfect for large families or group getaways, it comfortably sleeps 16\+ guests and offers a unique blend of vintage charm and modern comfort\.

There are three foldout beds: a queen size pullout couch in the downstairs TV room\. A twin size foldout couch in the den adjacent to the downstairs bathroom, and a queen size futon in the indoor putting green upstairs\. A total of 8 beds\.

The house was recently restored adding all the modern amenities: central heat, central air, WiFi, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a commercial stove, refrigerator and freezer \(for parties or events that require preparing a large amount of food\.\)
