There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere \(no exceptions\)\.

This condominium is pet friendly with a $75 \(plus tax\) non\-refundable pet fee\. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb\. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc\. to provide a credit card for this fee\. If Towns Property Management, Inc\. has not received this payment prior to check\-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest\.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation\. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental\.
