## Description
This roomy townhome provides 1,596 square feet across two levels and is suitable for pets\! The upper level features high ceilings with ceiling fans and the appearance of a genuine log cabin in the spacious layout that includes the living, dining and kitchen spaces\. 
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, sturdy wooden cabinets and additional seating at the breakfast bar\.  Next to the kitchen, the main dining area boasts a large table and cozy chairs for enjoying the mountain view during meals as well as easy access to the private deck with BBQ grill and deck furniture for admiring the Rocky Mountain sunsets\. The living room area is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating to unwind and watch the flat screen TV and gas fireplace\. 
The main level features a luxurious primary suite with a King bed, flat screen TV and spacious  bathroom complete with dual vanities and walk\-in tiled shower\. 
The lower level features an additional living area complete with a gas fireplace, a wide selection of games, books and entertainment for the entire family\.  Access to the private outdoor hot tub is conveniently located from this room through the private patio\. 
The bedrooms on the lower level feature a queen bed with en\-suite bathroom, along with the kids’ room that has a private bathroom and custom built\-in bunk bed\.  The unit can accommodate a total of 10 guests\.
