## Description
NOTE:  4WD/AWD required in winter with snow tires \(Thanksgiving through late March\)\.  Chains can be rented in the neighborhood for $30/day\.

The house is currently undergoing an extensive remodel and will have 6 bedrooms when complete and all of the bedrooms will be access via the interior of the home \(complete April 2026\)\.

Our custom home features 6 bedrooms and 4\.5 bathrooms sits on 1\.2 acres and is located above Columbine Lake with a private hot tub\. 

Less then 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango, the home offers privacy and seclusion and amenities including 3 outdoor living spaces including the deck off the main living space which features view of Columbine Lake, a private hot tub, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and additional seating\.  The luxury home also features super fast Starlink WIFI \(100MBs\), You Tube TV, washer/dryer, 2 car garage and a gourmet kitchen\.  And while not needed very often, the home does have central AC for those occasional warm summer days\.

The Main Living Space features floor to ceiling windows with amazing views\.
