Consider renting our charming two bedroom residence, which boasts excellent amenities, a generous floor plan and a wonderful neighborhood\.  It is conveniently located near the vibrant downtown area of Winter Park or offers easy access to the resort and various outdoor activities via a short shuttle ride\.
The residence’s ground floor features a spacious mudroom, providing ample storage and a designated area for outdoor equipment, along with convenient access to the private patio, with outdoor hot tub and is ideal for unwinding after outdoor activities\.
The expansive open floor plan features a spacious living room, furnished with a generous sofa and two recliners for optimal comfort\.  Connected to the living room is a kitchenette that accommodates seating for four, providing an excellent area for socializing while preparing quick meals, snacks, and beverages, all while enjoying the ambiance of the fireplace and the flat screen TV\.   
Adjacent to the primary living area, there exists an extra dining space accommodating up to four guests, along with a newly renovated and expansive full kitchen equipped with all necessary items to prepare a family meal\.
The hallway features a full size washer and dryer, accompanied by a complete bathroom and an office space equipped with a desk, suitable for work or children’s school assignments\.  The bedroom is furnished with a queen\-sized bed and includes an en\-suite bathroom\.
The upper floor of the residence features a generous bedroom suite equipped with 2 Queen\-sized beds and a complete bathroom\. Additionally, there is outdoor parking available for up to four vehicles\.  
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
