## Description
Beautiful view of ocean and tip of Hunting Island State Park from the South end of the island on Pelican Point\.  This comfortable  four bedroom duplex has 2 bedrooms \( 2 queens\) and 2 bathrooms on first floor and 2 bedrooms\(1 queen and 2 twins/1 bunk\) and 1 bathroom on the second floor\.  The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, plenty of preparation space, and a pass thru to the living/dining area\.  As well as the ocean side screen porch, there is a wooden deck that is perfect for early morning sunrise coffee or shady afternoon cocktails\.  There is an outside elevator to transport a person or luggage and groceries\. This house has access to the Beach and Racquet Club with pools, playground, and fitness rooms\.  The small front porch features sunset evenings\.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 \- November 1\.

Reservations are subject to a 3\.5% processing fee\.
