## Description
Charming and spacious, this secluded 3\-bed, 3\-bath home overlooks a lush lagoon\. The private \*heated pool, surrounded by a large deck, offers a free standing hot tub, screened porch, plenty of lounge chairs, firepit and a gas grill\.  The perfect space for outdoor relaxing\.

Cherry\-wood flooring greets you and extends to the dining room, with seating for eight\. The kitchen has tile flooring, granite countertops, and a breakfast area with seating for four\.  Beyond the living room, you will find the king's master bedroom, and en\-suite bath, with their own private access to the pool area\. To the left of the entryway are two more guest rooms, one with twin beds and private baths, and the other with queen bedding and private access to the pool deck\.  This bedroom also has access to a full bathroom in the hallway\.
