Second floor, one bedroom apartment, located approximately 1\.5 blocks to the beach\. The unit includes open concept living, and a completely remodeled bathroom that was completed in April 2025\! There is off street parking for 2 cars and a shared back deck\. This is the perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway, and we do offer 3\+ night bookings\!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116\.00\.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\.
