LOCATION: This remarkable home is nestled on a hill above Horesetooth Reservoir in the Colorado Foothills\. The location is just 2 minutes from the Horsetooth Rock Trailhead and a quick 5\-minute drive to the Inlet Bay Marina and Soderberg Trailhead\. It is about 20 minutes from both Downtown Fort Collins and Downtown Loveland \(scenic drive\)\. 15 minutes from CSU\.

PARKING: Parking is available in the oversized two\-stall garage and driveway parking is also available\.

NOTE: The driveway is relatively steep and narrow\. Please drive cautiously and pay attention to the snow spikes marking the driveway\. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter\.
