Sunset Dreams is monitored for violations of this policy\.\~ Ring Doorbell\~ REQUIREMENT: Our customary policy is no reservations will be made to anyone under the age of twenty\-five \(25\)\. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check\-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay\. NO EXCEPTIONS\! We require one parent for every four persons under the age of 25\. Non\-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any funds paid\. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit payment and/or rental money and the party will not bepermitted to check in\.
