Our charming five\-bedroom, two\-bath haven invites you to dive into the bliss of a private heated pool, or unwind in a cozy sitting area—\(no hot tub\)\. If the pool is not for you\. We have a room that is just for you\. It has a large 55" TV with a shuffleboard table and an arcade games\. Just a flip\-flop\-friendly 3\-minute stroll to sun\-kissed shores or a whimsical playground, this vacation home is the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories\. Need to Know

\-If you are between between ages 18\-24 we do require a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000\.
\-Property is monitored by a camera at the south east corner and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard\.
\-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID\. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS\.
\-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
\-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total \(whatever is greater\-than\)

Essentials: 
\-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use\.
 \-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay\. 
\-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware\.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1\-April 1 \(if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off\. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day\. Pool pumps run 8\-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work\. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower\.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60\-day window after your check\-in date and after your down payment has been made\. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee\. \(only for the balance and not the initial down payment\)
