Please note that this property will begin a balcony and common areas walkway refurbishing property in January 2026\. We are expecting the work to be done by November  2026\. This specific area of the property is tentatively scheduled for work in May through  June or July at which time the pool might also be closed periodically\. Disruptions of amenities may or may not happen and depends on the work being done and the proximity to amenities\.
