Welcome to our condo at 534 Sun River Unit 8\! 
This townhome in Fraser features a large backyard, making it an excellent choice for families seeking a rental property and perfect for pets\. The expansive backyard is ideal for games, outdoor gatherings, and provides a wonderful area for pets to relish the fresh mountain air\. 
The primary living space boasts vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sofa arranged around a wood\-burning fireplace, a flat\-screen television, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations\.
