This home is located in the lovely Cape Shores community which features an outdoor pool, tennis, private fishing pier, and sandy beach for your enjoyment\. Home amenities include: WIFI, all bedrooms have a flat\-screen TV's, plus 2 large TV/Family rooms with TVs\., one on main floor and one on the ground level, Comcast Cable along with Roku for Netflix & HBO\-Go, high chair, pack\-n\-play, washer, dryer, fully equipped large kitchen with all new appliances, 10\-foot island and under\-counter fridge, gorgeous window\-filled dining room that leads out to the back deck, living room with fireplace, central air conditioning, outside shower, & gas grill\. Included are use of the community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts and fishing pier\. Short walking distance to beach and tennis courts\. Great location between the Cape May Lewes Ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park, and only a short drive/bike ride to the shops and restaurants in historic downtown Lewes\.  Beach chairs, beach toys/wagon, are available for your enjoyment\. Also available is an in\-house library of bestselling beach reads\.  This home is dog friendly with a non\-refundable pet fee and signed addendum\. Please tell us in advance if you are bringing a pet\. Thank you\! All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
