## Description
While Marco Island’s beauty is present throughout the entire island, this house is in one of the island’s best locations, a short walk from beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and miniature golf\. This 2,300 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, one trundle bed and three bathrooms\. It also comes with a two\-car garage\.

The lanai is enclosed by a white fence giving you total privacy as you float in the heated pool or relax on sun loungers\. After enjoying a day by the pool, there’s only one way to close out the night without having to leave the comfort of your home, or rather, your lanai: fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on a shaded lanai table\.

Inside, spacious rooms of sun\-brightened, sand\-inspired tile are tastefully filled with stylish furnishings, tropical and oceanic artwork, and all the comforts of your home away from home\. The living room, in particular, features direct lanai access through its massive sliding glass doors\.

The kitchen features pure white cabinets, Sub\-Zero and Wolf appliances, a quartz island with bar stools, and all modern appliances and cookware\.
