You and your family will love this 5 BR, 2 1/2 BA home this summer \. \. \. and if you need more room, rent its 2\+ BR sister property at 55 Philadelphia\.  \(They back up to each other and can share open space\!\)  Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, new windows and comfortable stylish decor make this the perfect home base for your Rehoboth Beach adventure\.  The beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants are steps away\!  Staying in? Whip up a meal in the well\-equipped kitchen, enjoy a crab feast on the rear patio, or play games, enjoy cocktails or just hang out in the new spacious screened porch and deck above\! There is also a rear patio for dining\.   Owner also provides 5 Adult and 3 Children bikes\! \(shared with 55 Philadelphia, quantity and quality not guaranteed\) A/C is a combination central A/C upstairs and a portable A/C unit in the basement\. NO smoking or pets, but owners have had a dog in the home\. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for all stays\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
