## Description
A cozy, pet friendly studio apartment located on the second floor, offering easy access and a delightful view of the mountains and surrounding landscape and lots of on\-site amenities\.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern cabinetry, countertops, and hardwood flooring throughout the unit, complemented by contemporary appliances and includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils\.  Next to the kitchenette, the dining area accommodates seating for up to four\.
The main living area features an open floor with comfortable furnishings, complimentary wi\-fi and a flat screen television\. Furthermore, access to the private deck allows for picturesque views of the surrounding valley and mountains\. It is important to note that there is no air conditioning or functional fireplace in the unit\.
A Queen Murphy bed provides comfort and can be conveniently stowed away to enhance living space during the day\.
 All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided and complimentary WI\-FI\.
Parking is provided in the outdoor lot for up to 2 vehicles\.
Common area amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor heated swimming pool surrounded by sun deck with outdoor furniture, a fitness room, sauna, locker room, game room, paid laundry facilities, indoor racquetball court, common area lounge, a convenience shop, a communal BBQ area with picnic tables and firepit available during the summer months\.
Guests are required to have their own transportation, as public transit is not available\.  
House Rules:  Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule\.  Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property\. Check\-in time is at 4:00PM and check\-out time is at 10:00AM\. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age\.  All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking\. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM \- 7:00 AM\.
