Enjoy the life\-guarded huge new beach, relax in the private pool with outdoor half bath and polywood table & chairs, soak in the Hot Tub, or stroll on the private beach walkway to your dune top deck with picnic table and benches\.

As you enter this great home, you can enjoy time in the game room with pool table, wet bar with full size refrigerator, and large flat screen TV with VCR, along with a video library\.
