Bring the family\(s\) and stay in this spacious home to live like a true local\! We are  walking distance to Crescent Beach public access, & a short drive into the historical downtown St\. Augustine\.

This home provides 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool\*, outdoor fire place & grill\*\*, and a full size kitchen\. Wi\-Fi, a Smart TV\*\*\* in each room, a second living area downstairs that includes a classic Pac\-Man machine, and all the sandcastle items the kiddos can dream of  \-\- we've got everything you need\!

Full\-size home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full\-size bathrooms, a full kitchen, 2 living room areas, outdoor seating, and a pool/spa\!\*

All interactions will be done via the app\. Hosts will not be on\-site\.

\*The pool CAN be heated\!\! If you wish to have the pool heated, there will be an additional $125/day charge\. Please let me know and I will send you a separate request for payment\. While our pool can be heated, that heat is captured from the outdoor temperature\. Because of this, if it is below 55 degrees outside, the pool will not be able to heat to the set temperature\. 

\*\* Both the fire place and grill use propane gas\. 

\*\*\* Smart Tv's in each room with apps like Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc\. BYOL \(Bring Your Own Login\)\. You can also stream directly from your phone to the TV with certain apps\. Make sure to log out before you leave\!
