The available options depend on the length of your stay: \-For 1\-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit\. This is a pre\-authorized hold \(not a charge\) that is released following a damage\-free inspection after checkout\. \-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non\-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night \(capped at a maximum of $100\)\. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking\. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area\.
